1) Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2) Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
3) Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
4) Research and build relationships with new clients.
5) Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice
leaders/Principals. Plan approaches and pitches.
6) Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns,
and objectives.
7) Participate in pricing the solution/service.
8) Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
9) Attend industry functions, such as association events conferences, and gets
information on market trends.
10) Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the
company’s unique selling propositions.
Responsibility for Estimating companies overall Electrical Products Scrutinizing Tenders, Job in Hand Projects and Oil & Gas Frame Agreements & Projects.
Receiving Enquiries for Projects from Contractors and Direct Enquiries from Oil & Gas Companies through Supplier Management System- ARIBA.
Analyze and review the BOQ, Specification and Legend Sheet in all projects.
Prepare Quotation in ERP System for Projects also submitting Technical and Commercial offer with all supporting Technical Documents, Drawings, COC, and MTC.
Prepare Compliance for Project Specification and discuss technical details with Manufacturer for Exact Compliance in order to get approval for Submittals.
Always work for Accuracy and Timely Schedule, being Distributor in UAE maintained mutual Co-ordination with Client and manufacturer.
Visiting Customers in Project Site mainly ADSB, ADNOC, ZADCO & EPC to analyze their requirements and attending technical meets with Project Team.
Working for Long Term Agreement with all NOC and Confirming the Order efficiently, Updating Manufacturer regarding Status of Projects Commercially & Technically also negotiates with Manufacturer to achieve our Target Price and also to get approval for Special Discount to maintain the Project Margin.
Preparing on time submission of VDB & MRB Index for all Awarded Oil & Gas Projects mainly for Finalizing Final Payments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing the market based on the services offered by the company.
• Scrutinizing the tenders and working on them.
• Sending enquiries to vendors, follow-ups on quotations & finalizing on terms and conditions.
• Initiating RFQ.
• Evaluating quotations complying with customer requirement.
• Preparing Offers.
• Maintaining an updated Vendor Register & evaluating vendors to get the best for the concern.
• Tender award follow ups.
• Preparation of contract/agreement, Follow up with Suppliers / Sub-Contracts and Consultants.
• Opening L/C or Assignment of Proceed to vendors through Coordination with Bank.
• Coordination with Insurance Company, shipping Lines / Freight Forwarders for shipment.
• Arranging Third Party Inspection with SGS/ LLYODS/BUREAU VERITAS before shipment.
Completed BE Electrical and Electronics , active team player with extra curricular Activity.
