I am currently working as Innovation Business Developer for Realistic Realtors; a Commercial Real Estate Advisory Firm present in 20+ cities in India. Managing entire Gurgaon region for Real Estate Sales & Business Development activities. Focusing mainly on Mid-sized & large corporates for office space leasing, Investment opportunities etc. Part of job includes building relationship with Real Estate builders, Brokers, Co-working & Architect communities across Delhi-NCR for Demand & Supply. Managing the team of 2 Business development professionals & 2 property surveyors in organization and innovating new ways to acquire clientele.
Job also includes constant negotiations with landlords to sell, purchase or lease their units on regular basis. Creating opportunities or leads via self-networking & creating maximum revenue points for organization. Attending Seminars related to Admin / Real estate industries like CE Worldwide, Infrah, CFO Summit etc.
Worked as a Founder / Co-Founder & handled Sales & Business vertical portfolios of
companies (Gifftexpress, Adequate Fabricators & Imemployd consultancy).
These companies were mainly focused on Corporate Gifting, IT & Manpower
consulting, Retail Store modelling & Residential Real Estate Sales.
