Preparing process description of the Hydrogen unit in consistence with the upstream Hydrotreater unit.
Cause & Effect matrix review.
Preparing of Process safeguarding flow diagram.
Preparing operation control philosophy and control narrative.
Client: Rabigh Phase II Petrochemical Project of Aramco and Sumitomo Chemicals NHT-CCR project (Naphtha Reformer Unit) with target benzene production capacity of 482 KMTA, with Axens as process licensor and JGC Gulf involved in FEED phase.
Actively involved in all process activities of HPCL, Mumbai GFEC project in Naphtha Isomerisation and NHT-CCR units of MS block with Axens/UOP as licensor and overall capacity of 6.5 MMTPA.
Preparation of new P&IDs and process mark-ups of existing refinery P&IDs.
Actively involved in client discussion related to process project feasibility.
Actively involved in Site based process Hook-up identification as per P&ID from existing refinery at Mumbai.
