I am responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of Volkswagen Financial Services' Central European Service delivery organization for HR Operations throughout the region.

This includes, but is not restricted to Partner Selection, HR ops migration & Service Delivery Quality measurement. The Project aims at creating three Shared Service Centers in Europe & Asia, with the support of an external partner and Outsource the HR Operations from the European markets.

While doing so the Transition aims to achieve considerable cost reductions as well as FTE optimizations by driving operational improvements and making use of HR technology and RPAs.
