GWC was the only logistic partner for FIFA 2022. GWC offered warehousing, customs brokerage, venue management & transportation services for FIFA 2022. As the learning and development consultant engaged in content development and Training of GWC - FIFA events team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting training sessions for GWC - FIFA events Team on various HSE topics such as Hazard Identification, PPE, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, Manual handling, Warehouse Safety, Safe cargo Handling, Safe wok at height, ladder safety, electrical safety & Waste management.
Developed content for training & handout materials, conducted the post-training evaluation & assisted in preparing reports and documentation.
Coordinated with external agencies in scheduling third-party training for employees, follow-up with clearance of invoices and issuance of certificates.
Worked on multinational Oil & Gas projects with prestigious employers in the Middle East & Asia Pacific. Experienced working with multicultural teams.
Advised, monitored & ensured the implementation of OH&S policy.
Project HSE Plans, HAZID, HIRA, JSA.
Conducted technical Interviews with the company's & contractor's HSE Officers.
Hosted weekly HSE performance meetings, Monthly HSE Committee meetings, lead Safety Campaign Kickoff and closeout meetings, Walkthrough, Audits etc.
Conducted trend analysis based on data collected from contractors and implemented control measures to bring down spiking unsafe practices through campaigns, behavioral training, and counseling.
