*Managing, supervising and administration of school transport services for kindergarten and nursery students.
*Responsible for smooth operation and scheduling of daily transport needs
*Overall in charge for a fleet of buses for daily commuting, maintenance and schedule/urgent repairs ensuring adhering to regulations.

*Since January 2015, deployed as Deputy Property Manager at Former Supreme Court and City Hall building which was refurbished to become Singapore National Arts Gallery. Consisting of 13 Gallery spaces, Offices, 2 Auditoriums, 10 Tenanted spaces and various other areas including viewing gallery.
*Act as a point of contact between Projects department, Consultants and Clients, The Galleries.
*Responsible for managing, planning and scheduling various activities while ensuring “Live” events are conducted successfully.
*Managing Events with various stakeholders.
*Ensuring takeover of areas from projects are safe, reliable and for immediate usage.

*Between Oct 2012 to Dec 2014, instrumental in managing the project worth QAR 84 million for Facility Management Service of Airfield Pavement, Aprons and Tunnels @ Hamad International Airport (Qatar).
*Steering the overall planning, execution and mobilization of resources to meet contractual requirements.
*Responsible and leading a team of more than 160
staffs consisting of engineers, technical officers and technicians in preventive, corrective and plan maintenance works.
*Managing of vendors consisting of M&E and Civil specialist which include Security and Safety personnel, Pest control, Cleaners, etc
*Responsible in performing the works within the contract budget.

*Undertaking of Project Contractors handover and defects clearing works for M&E and Civil systems during Defects Liability Period. This includes reviewing of quality documents i.e OEM or O&M manuals, as-built drawings, etc.
*Managing, monitoring and records of contracts for sub-contractors so as to perform as per contract requirement.
*Managing of QEHS requirement for the contract.
*Responsible in administering of contract, budget and cost control.
*Strong understanding in Risk Assessment, Safe Work Practice and related policy & procedures.
*Managing and implementing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by Oracle and Anacle systems.
*Familiar with HIA airside requirements, Radio-Telephony AVOP, Airside Safety and Airside driving regulations.
Significant Highlights:
*Served the role of Project Manager for the construction of Singapore Expo Exhibition Hall Phase II in 2011.
*Instrumental in managing the project worth SGD$ 40.6 million for upgrading existing Convention Centre, Contraction of New Annex Building (MAXATRIA) and New Warehouse at Singapore Expo Exhibition Centre with an estimated of
SGD$2 million of Variation Orders.
*Successfully negotiated with contractors/suppliers with total cost savings of SGD$5.3 million.
*Spearheaded team of 15 Staffs including Site Engineers, Drafters, Safety Officers and Project Leaders from M&E Contractors.
*Supply, install and commissioning of new CCTV Systems, ACMV Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, AV Systems, HT and LT Electrical Systems, Lighting Systems, Sprinkler Systems, PA Systems, Lift and Escalator Systems.
*The project involves total planning, laying, installation and penetration through building structures of various cables for the systems.
*Managing of QHSE for various sites.
*Preparation and submission of Risk Assessment and Method of Statements for all projects.
*Manage and Drive the implementation of triple ISO certification for the FM services (QHSE)
*Develop, Implement and Consult on all aspects of the organizations QHSE Management Plan
*Manage the effective implementation of site enforcement and daily inspections on safety
*Introduce and Implement House Rules for better effective controls of site

*Facility Management service for Ministry of Manpower in 2012. The facility consists of 3 numbers of 5-Storey buildings including its compound and car parks.
*Facility Management service for Supreme Court complex (Singapore) in 2010.
*Facility Management service for Ministry of National Development (Singapore) office complex in 2009. This facility consists of 2 numbers of 4-Storey Annex Block for tenants and 1 number 24-Storey office building.
*Successfully ensured smooth operation of all maintenance activities for the complex.
*Vehicle Fleet Manager for Division owned vehicles which include Light and Heavy vehicles.
Significant Highlights:
*Managing facility for Changi International Airport (Singapore) Airfield Pavement and Airfield Lighting facilities in 2002-2005.
*Instrumental in maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting Airfield Lighting System that consisted of power distribution Sub-stations with standby generators of up to 1250kVA, back up with uninterruptible power supply.
*Played a vital role in managing the Airfield M&E services that included Air-Conditioning System, HT & LT Systems, Fire Alarm & Fire Protection Systems, Apron Floodlight Systems and Street Lighting Systems.
*Familiar with SCIA airside requirements, Radio-Telephony AVOP, Airside Safety and Airside driving regulations.

*Managing resources for Maintenance and Engineering Department in Doha International Airport (Qatar) in 2005-2009
*Facility Management for Doha International Airport.
*Successfully managed the maintenance, service and troubleshooting tasks for Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) which was a laser based system providing precise guiding for the pilot to park the aircraft on a particular stand.
*Managed Aerodrome safety as to comply with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and Federal Aviation Academy (FAA) standards.
*Familiar with DIA airside requirements, Radio-Telephony AVOP, Airside Safety and Airside driving regulations.
*Honour of being nominated and completed as Sub-Contract for Runway Widening Project (Code F) in Singapore Changi International Airport to cater for latest A380 Airbus in 2005.
*Worked as Project Manager for the (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) CAAS project with an estimated value of SGD$ 1.2 million in 2004-2005.
*Construction of Aircraft Pavement for Widening of Runways for Code E aircraft. The works involved were diversion of underground HT cables and manholes along the perimeter of the runways. Appropriate planning in order not to affect the lighting systems on an active runways during the day.
