1. Managing Nakheel Malls’ district cooling works during tender, post tender and construction
2. Handling Nakheel Malls sustainability projects; including Solar System (PV) implementation across all sites

Key Accomplishments:
1. Optimized the operation of the cooling plants across operational sites resulted in 35% saving over 3 years (AED 15M) between 2017 and 2019
2. Managed the new district cooling plants’ works for additional 45000 TR (total portfolio 75000 TR)
3. Established a separate P&L for cooling services covering all site in the portfolio
4. Established the process for district cooling’ billing and collection
5. Completed the Solar Systems for total 6MW, and awarded the contracts for 25MW
6. Facilitated the ASHRAE energy audits across (8) Eight major sites and tendered the scope through ESCOs
7. Benchmarked the energy consumption across all sites vs. comparable sites in UAE in coordination with EGBC
8. Benched marked Nakheel’s facility management contracts vs. contracts by other major developer in UAE and implemented changes
9. Established the infrastructure for Central Command Centre for all sites live monitoring
Responsible for all aspects of service operations including projects planning and execution of ongoing service contract jobs and emergency service needs. Ensure that entire service operation in compliance with UTC Code of Ethics as well as with environment, health, and safety requirement. Effectively work with Service Sales Manager and other operations staff on renewal of maintenance contracts. Accurately generate documented reports such as projects completion, statistical, warranty, WIP and backlog reports. etc. Collaborate with HR department in recruiting, developing and retaining highly competent service operation staff and acquiring resources required for the field and maintenance staff.
Key Accomplishments:
•Optimised the delivery of cost effective operation of all service contracts and service activities that involved planning and scheduling of jobs, effective utilization of workforce, resources and timely sourcing of tools and material.
•Set up quality objectives in line with company vision; formulated and implemented strategies/action plans, to achieve the set targets.
•Enhanced the operational efficiency; set adequate and appropriate key performance indicators (KPI), timely monitoring and updating of KPI.
•Championed the quality and cost effectiveness of subcontracted work as per Carrier's quality standards and to the satisfaction of the customer.
•Significantly improved the response and resolution time for all customers’ service calls and reduced quality related call-backs.

•Implemented successfully structured SAP CRM ECC automated service system to control various business activities effectively and generated required BI reports.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the service department. Liaise between business unit, corporate and service team to resolve technical and product issues. Interact with the equipment sales team to ensure smooth handover of projects from the sales process. Oversee project performance measurements and review projects through completion. Direct subordinates in the service fulfilment process and ensure establishing the required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.
