I am 52 years old with fitted health, non-smoker, ICDL certified and had Master degree of health care administration, university of Atlanta 2012, USA and Bachelor degree of Physical Therapy from King Saud University 1989, Saudi Arabia.
I had 5 years of professional experience in Jordan between 1991 and 1997. From 1997 till 2018 (21 years) I have been worked in Rehabilitation Therapy Department, Tawam Hospital (in affiliation with JOHNS HOPKINS medicine), Al Ain/Abu Dhabi-UAE From 19/3/1997 to 12/12/2018. I had managerial and professional experiences in Tawam Hospital, Al Ain-Abu Dhabi, UAE. My Position Held as Senior Physiotherapist-with administrative work. Supervising Physiotherapy Department.
Briefly my job description has been as
*Deputizing the chief of the rehabilitation therapy department.
*Deputizing the Supervising Physiotherapy Department
*Evaluates the referred physio-therapy patients.
*Plans and administers medically prescribed physiotherapy treatment programs for patients.
*Exercises care and compassion towards patient at all times.
*Responsible for the organization and control of the physiotherapy department in coordination with the chief of the rehab. department.
*In charge of and responsible for the routine organization and management of the department.
*Participates with the chief of the rehabilitation therapy department in the future planning of the rehab. department.
Also, my leadership responsibilities had been assumed a wide range of clinical, managerial, and operational responsibilities of staff education, appraisal and student mentorship. I had experience in working in multi-cultural environment and supervising on more than 20 staff.
I had wide range of clinical, managerial, and operational responsibilities including financial planning, capital budget, revenue cycle management, performance measures, volume analysis, statistic reporting, accreditation preparedness, development of competencies and clinical guidelines, patient safety, quality improvement, staff education, licensing proficiency, staff appraisal, leadership meetings and student mentorship. I like reading and collecting books. My happiness to support and coaching the student and colleagues.
