Manager of manufacturing and Fleet Manager for 4 chemical plants my responsibilities include planning and managing all manufacturing methods, processes and operations, i.e. plants management manufacturing, product quality with height focusing on environment health and safety, fleet management to ensure smooth delivery of products for customer inside Saudi Arabia and in GCC. Direct reporting to Operation Director and CEO.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Completed the acquisition and installation of $8 million Ferric chloride technology project, which generated significant manufacturing volume increases for BCI revenue.

• Led $ 1. Million capital improvement project involving replacement of 4 Fleeing vehicles, develop transportation schedule resulting in a transportation cost savings of $250, 000 per year.
Responsibilities include:

• Carry out All operations within powder and liquid blending, metal protective plant (MPT) Ferric chloride plants and fleet safely in accordance maintaining proper standards of housekeeping, etc. Maintain and improve HSE Standers

• Reduce Operational cost without impact on Quality, Quantity and HSE


• Scheduling production activities and efficient transportation of products

• Achieving Target annual sales participate in company market strategy


• Negotiate raw material supplier’s contractors and make sure availability of raw materials machines and services.

• Directs production activities, responsible for all aspect of production process and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors & logistic works in the plants

• Reduction of production costs and maximization of equipment utilization, reduction of production overhead and expenses to provide a competitive ex-work price, expansion of production capabilities with minimum capital investment, design phase, material flow, process flow.

• Coordinates with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

• production planning control to all sections activities (casting, polishing, painting pressing assemblies), control inventories, follow up maintained programmed, implementation project leader in implementation ERP system

• Monitoring and control all activity of casting department in managerial and technicians phases, maintain machines, dies using CNC, welding copier.

My responsibility includes:

1. Implementation and application international standards (BS2006) in manufacturing and monitoring the Quality of producing Aluminum tubes.

2. Performs an investigation on a final product according to Switzerland Military Standards to meet need of ISO 9002
