- Support Group BD Director & C-Suites of Business Units by conducting & analyzing target regions and new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, Industry trends, etc. to establish strategic objectives.
- Serve as a leader for business processes, developing forward-thinking strategies and processes that promote business expansion, increased efficiency, productivity on multiple levels.
- Explore feasible proposals for technical and/or geographical expansion/diversification & discuss findings, recommendations.
- Qualify leads through market analysis. Analyze, interpret data by managing, maintain BD CRM database, and interface with tendering department.
- Actively manage NMDC Group (w/a) prequalification and registration processes with clients and 3rd party orgs. across all geographical regions.
- Provide key insights for C-Suite Management to ensure effective decision-making in terms of evaluating Clients, potential acquisition targets, etc.
- Lead the development and management of account plans including both short & long-term growth opportunities for recommendation to Leadership team.
- Support key business initiatives by building thorough internal project briefing documents and due diligence reports.
- Prepare and maintain competitors' intelligence in terms of their Projects Performance, Key Financials, Investments, and Technical Analysis.
- Partner with stakeholder teams across NMDC Group’s business units (Dredging Marine & Energy) and maintain effective and efficient communication and understand their business process.
- Prepare and update Company's Strategic Business Plan covering Macro-economic forecasts, Industry & Competitor analysis, Market Assessment, Fleet Plan, etc. for business growth & coordinate between NMDC & NPCC BD team.
- Develop & Maintain client relationships by attending key projects meetings, interaction with stakeholders.
- Train and develop the assigned team members on relevant skills for proficiency.

- Directly reporting to Sr. Comm. Director & BD Director on Projects briefs & business matters.
- Assisting Commercial team in strategic dev, and review of key initiatives for growth strategies.
- Demonstrating capability to research and analyze potential opportunities in the market.
- Liaising with Tender Dept. to analyze and review RFPs/Agreements/Technical documents, etc.
- Preparing assessments based on market, competition, investment & commercial information.
- Evaluating financial statements to analyze capabilities and financial position for projects.
- Preparing Corporate Intelligence Reports for due diligence and decision making.
- Preparing Prequalification documents for submission to clients based on project scope.
- Effectively cooperating with Projects/Proposals, Purchasing, Estimation & Engineering Depts.
- Preparing Presentations, Desk Studies & Performance Reports on Annual Basis for Director.
- Maintain and developing business relationships with key company clients regionally & globally.
- Maintaining registrations with Key Government-based clients from Oil & Gas, Marine Ports, etc.
- Taking ownership of preparing key CRM, Projects and Competitor Intelligence reports.
- Maintaining Competitors Intelligence based on Technical, Commercial & Investments data.
- Managing dashboards & database system of Projects, clients, contractors on CRM.
- Managing Departmental KPIs for Business Process and Strategic guideline for targets.
- Updating and Managing On-going and completed projects lists and projects sheets.
- Coordinating review meetings between BD & Proposal Dept. for project assessments.
- Supervising assistant on analyzing Competitors Vessel Tracking to prepare intelligence reports.

- Coordinating with Marketing & agency partners on advertisements in oil & gas magazines.
- Evaluate the bid analysis for suppliers for marketing materials, etc. and forward to purchasing.

- Assisting Account Manager(s) in preparing documents for Prequalification submission of tender.
- Maintaining an Up-to-Date CRM in the corporate system database with managing opportunities.

- Preparing Revenue Analysis Report on NMDC's Budget estimations as and when required.
