- Coordinating for various fit-out construction projects during preconstruction and construction stages between internal department and
external stakeholders and ensuring projects meet agreed design
requirements.
- Obtain required regulatory approvals in pre-construction & completion
stages such as DM, DDA/ TECOM, DCD, Trakhees, DIFC, ADM, ADCD etc..
- Liaising with Clients, Consultant, Landlord, Subcontractors and other
stakeholders.
- Obtain quotation from vendors and assist procurement to issue orders(PO)
- Attending Client/ Consultant meeting and circulate the inputs with internal
team and further coordination required for project execution.
- Coordinating with Client/ Consultant for submission of shop drawings/
samples and attend workshop meeting for review and approval.
- Revewing production schedules from sub contractors and following up ETA
and suggesting mitigation measures to PM/ project team
- Ensuring completion of project within the agreed timeline
- Prepare weekly/ monthly project progress/ construction reports and issue
to Client/ Consultants

- Coordinating for various Fit-out construction projects and ensuring projects

procurement instruction.
- Ensuring site health & safety environment.

- Managing the tenders from the tender invitation until award.
- Study tender document and drawings to identify the risk prior to pricing
the BOQ.
- Taking Off Quantities from drawings.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities.
- Preparation of commercial offer.
- Meeting with Clients and Consultants at pre‐contract stage.
- Advisory role to Design, Sales and Contract Manager after in‐depth study
of tender documents, Bill of Quantities, Specifications and drawings.
- Effective negotiate with sub‐contractors and suppliers to get the best price for
the tender.
- Helping to the procurement team by negotiating with suppliers and
subcontractors to get further discount after getting the projects.

Create interior design, modification with given lay out as per client requirement
and presentation of project work using software such as Auto Cad, 3DMax,
Photoshop for final approval from the client. Have experience in creating own
interior design which was approved by my head of department for various
project works.
