• Supervised all the activities during replacement of 220V & 24V DC batteries bank, which includes dismantling of old batteries bank, preparation of new solution, batteries filling with electrolyte, charging and discharging during commissioning.
• Executed MV vacuum & oil circuit breakers opening/closing timing test along with breakers pole contact resistance measurement.
• MV and LV induction motors testing to ensure equipment healthiness. Testing includes no load, DAR, PI, IR and winding resistance.
• Successfully dismantled, overhauled & assembled Hitachi field circuit breaker for the first time in 27 years since its installation increasing its useful life. Inspected arc chutes, knife contact, main contacts and operating mechanism

• Excitation system maintenance and servicing. Complete testing of field circuit breaker. Thyristers testing. Control & power MCBs checking. Carbon brushes inspection. DC bus bar insulation resistance measurement.
• Successful retrofit, installation, commissioning and testing of CONTROGEN V3 ALSTOM excitation system with experts from China & Italy. Supervised & performed all the activities such as control cable tagging, panels dismantling, wiring diagram verification, control signals checking, alarms & tripping signals checking etc.
• LV bus bar & breakers replacement with new bus bar and breakers. Performed control circuit testing of all the breakers installed on the bus bar
