❖ Smooth & Safe Commissioning, Startup & Stabilization of Diesel Hydrotreater, Sulphur recovery & Gas Separation Unit.
❖ Checking & preparing a plant change scheme which includes basically pressure survey, reviewing the instrumentation & equipment data sheets, adequacy check of relief & piping system of existing systems and their further up gradation as per requirement for trouble free operation.
❖ Worked as a team member for implementation of Advance Process to increase the unit throughput with improved product quality. Finalization of the Preliminary controller design i.e. basically finalization of the Manipulated
Variables (MV), Feed Forwards (FF) & Controlled variables (CV)

❖ Responsible for optimum operation of the plant to achieve the production target with specified product qualities.
❖ Decontamination-is a special project assigned during the First shutdown of the unit. It was a project of Total Hydrocarbon freeing of the unit before handing over for the maintenance jobs. The process involved the chemical wash & Water rinsing of the unit, which has been accomplished with M/S ANABEEB Services USA vendor who has supplied the Chemical. The job includes the study of total plant to develop flushing & circulating loops, developing temporary piping network along with the pumps with adequate capacity.
