Administration
•Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
•Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
•Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
•Handles expenses and billing cycles
•Manages reception area and looks after visitors
•Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
•Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents

Training & Development
•Facilitates Employee Development Programs - Training Needs Analysis - TNA/TNI, Gap Analysis & Skills Matrix, Training Matrix and Training Program designs, Orientation Programs, OJT Program, Technical & Soft Skills Training, employee survey, Employee Development Reviews
•Presents information in the field of learning and development using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
•Monitors, evaluates, and records training activities or learning and development program effectiveness
•Evaluates training materials prepared by Training Officers, such as outlines, text, or handouts
•Evaluates modes of learning and development with ED team to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts
•Negotiates contracts with vendors or clients including desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses
•Monitors unit training costs and assist in preparing budget reports to justify expenditures
Performance Management
•Facilitates Performance Management -Annual Performance Review & Probationary Review on a regular basis with status reports for executive management review
•Responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of company performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results
•Administer employee engagement surveys and collect the responses and analysis
•Monitor the exercise of appraisals and ensure they are timely carried out, documentation, follow up and provide timely feedback to employees. set performance metrics and productivity
•Undertake analysis and produce recommendations to drive improvements in performance management as a result of project work, collection and dissemination of data
•Manage the provision of a full performance management service including providing support and analysis to senior management groups
Employee Relations / Welfare
•Administers employee welfare programs and activities, e.g. rewards and recognition, staff parties and special events, social responsibility and volunteer programs to promote staff well-being and social awareness.
•Assist in the preparation of evidence for disciplinary hearings, grievance and labor disputes including preparing witnesses to testify. Schedule or coordinate the details of grievance hearings or other meetings.
•Assist to prepare and record employee disciplinary actions, corrective behavior and grievance redresses.
•Prepares salary certificate or employment certificate as per request of employee.
•Conducts exit interview and processes employee separation documents
