My Job: Contribute to business success with professional End to End support for all contract management activities in the CT
and the integrated service provision from acquisition process through deployment phase to final contract closure.

Provide maximum flexibility to facilitate continuous development, accommodate market changes and, be an innovative
business leader.
Main Responsibility Areas:
Safeguard the NSN interests in customer and supplier contracts, ensuring e2e contract alignment with procurement.
Facilitate contractual risk management in customer contract negotiation, operation and contract delivery.
Monitor NSN and customer contractual obligations, claim and change management.
Identify and resolve customer contractual disputes and foster contract development during the whole contract lifecycle.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness,
interpretation to support implementation.
Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance
Close coordination with Account Management, Legal, Structured Finance, Tax, SCM & Procurement Teams.
Ensure that claim, risk, change order & contract management processes are established & followed.
Coordination & proper enabling of the Contract Managers, the resources in the Sub regions/GCBT as applicable according to
current project requirements, as well as follow up of the profitability & top-down-targets in their regions.
Drive benchmark programs for global Claim / change Management, making contribution to the global development of a
uniform claim / change / risk Management Concept by evaluating and reflecting the requirements of the Contract Managers
in the relation to the global end of the organization, & encouraging best practice sharing within Account Teams & wider into
global Contract Management community.
Consolidate potential, probability & status of countermeasures, claim potential & probabilities, change order potential and
achievements for reporting into to the global Contract Management organization.
Carry out the related resource planning, talent development and annual performance reviews.
Key Accountabilities:
Suggesting deviations of the customer’s commercial terms vis-à-vis NSN’s standard commercial terms to the business team
& facilitating business team with inputs for negotiating cushions.
Working in close coordination with the regional & global procurement team for getting & negotiating back-to-back commercial
conditions with our suppliers.
Maintaining claims in region and suggesting methods to reduce & finally nullifying the
claims from customer as per agreed contractual terms.
Educating services team members about the customer contract deliverables thus ensuring minimum claims from customers.
Facilitating business team in claims negotiations with the customer.

Way) permissions for laying fibre across length & breadth of Delhi-NCR, .
Metro Ethernet Deployment
Description
Broadband wire line network project for broadband & IPTV services executed across circle. The scope included site
acquisition, site survey, Installation & Commissioning of MEN equipment at different locations across complete geography.
Every aspect of project including site acquisition in the National capital, logistics, execution, arranging electrical power at
thousands of locations & security of the equipment, etc. were highly challenging.
Responsibilities
Network engineering, site survey and acquisition. Logistics and site preparation support.
Subcontractor qualification, reliability and issue of PO.
Equipment installation & commissioning, price and contract negotiations with vendors, make/ buy decision, finalization of
responsibility matrix with project manpower, project execution, customer/ site owner handling and setting up of security/
maintenance network.
Business team relationship and communication with all stakeholders
Making the sites visible for sales in web portal.
Wire line network deployment
Description
Single point of contact for business team as well as internal organization from AoP target setting to project closure stage.
This includes preparation of detailed project plan, WBS, Sign off project schedule & network planning document with
Business Team.
Detailed planning for project resources including Technical & Support Function Head-Counts, & Sub-Contractors.
Manpower for installation & commissioning, test equipments and logistics. Detailed material planning against approved
business cases.
Equipment as per business team technical inputs. SAP order execution through STN and procurement from central
warehouse. This also includes management of all logistics related to L.C/Road permits /sales tax etc.
Responsible for building up project team. This included regular as well as contract engineers. Identify Training gaps and co-
ordinate for their effective trainings. Mobilization of skilled resources at sites meeting project objectives.
Actively work with internal OSP O&M team and business team for network design finalization, Sign off network coverage
predictions based on business potential in specific zones (commercial as well as residential ). Closely work with customer
site acquisition teams.
Finalizing Acceptance document with network O&M team. Resolution of Punch list items and ATP certificate sign off by the
O&M team.
