•Involved from mobilization till handing over of civil activities of the projects.
•Puts up requisition of material, machinery & labor requirement in advance to procurement team.
•Preparation of consolidated report of all the activities & forward the same to project manager
•Preparation of monthly invoice & revenue report for approval and submission to HO
•Ensured the safe, cost-effective and timely completion of all projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
•Maintained excellent relationships and stayed in constant contact with all clients, which proved instrumental in timely completion of the project.
Project - Al Khorayef Lube Oil Blending Plant, yanbu, KSA
Handled:
•Site supervision from layout marking to till completion of structures
•Checking approved IFC drawing and executing the work as detailed.
•Preparation of BBS for the steel work manually.
•Requisition of material & manpower in advance to Projection Engineer for the scheduled work.
•Assuring the implementation of quality & safety aspects at site
Involved in the construction & supervision of interior finishing activities of hotel basements & G.F auxiliary rooms.
•Managing the Sub-contractor work for subsequent activities & material arrangements.
•Quantity calculation and material requisition as per the approved drawing.
•Preparation of monthly & weekly progress report and forward to HO
Project - Dubai Hills, 60 Villas
Handled:
•Reading Architectural & structural drawing for material calculation for prior requisition.
•Execution from site clearance, marking, excavation till completion of structural activities.
•Making BBS for the steel activity, calculation of measurement for subcontractor billing for the work done.
•Making daily progress report and submission to site GM.
