Job Profile/Responsibilities: Sales Engineer
(HVAC Products- Sound Attenuator (Acoustic Analysis), Air Ducts, Dampers, VAV, GRDs, AHU (Daikin), Chillers (Daikin) & FCU (Daikin)).
Responsible for complete pre-sales activities including technical and commercial bid.
Meet clients, contractors and project consultants to support technical bid & supported in all stages of sales process, from business development and lead qualification to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical needs analysis and closing.
Evaluate and suggest product and service solutions in line with client needs and requirements.
Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving installation quality norms.
Sales order preparations in SAP & its related documentation for the production department
Training, motivating the manpower and recommend best installation practices.
Planning & Preparation of Monthly / Weekly production schedule.
Monitoring Production & doing inspection, if required Coordination with Purchase, accounts, Production & Quality Departments.
