Currently working closely with Product team to shape up the product as per market requirement, Acting as sales manager and acquiring all possible merchants for the marketplace.
Product Summary:
#MarketPlace: Creating an online Marketplace cum chat platform were offline merchants like local kirana shops, restaurants, bakery etc can do online business.
Any offline merchant can list there product in this platform and get accessible by our existing user base.
#Chat Platform: In addition to marketplace the product is designed with chat platform like WhatsApp, User can chat with there contacts and also with the merchants for any information related to order.
#Official Account: Any online and offline business or individual can enrolled for an official account in this platform. Having an official account will help the business or individuals to reach the user base by sending promotional messages to the user whoever have followed them.
Project Handled:
#ZAP (Zo advantage program) :
ZAP was an incentive scheme to improve the behaviour and compliance of the hotel staff toward the customer and ZO hotel app. The scheme was based on several logic's like customer rating toward the room service, breakfast, Wi-Fi, room hygienic etc. and the Zo hotel app compliance (Converting the status of room’s occupancy).
#Tab Compliance:
Zo hotel app is the pre-installed app in a tab (InhouseBuild) which was given to all the hotel across India to update the hotel inventory in real time. Real time inventory update was the most important key for the business it includes Booked room status if check-in, check-out or No-show, Hotel inventory count. To launched the product a team (Owner Love) has been hired to help the hoteliers via call regarding any problem related to Zo tab or any other issues.
#Owner Love (Hot-line):
Hot-line is the one single point of contact number to zo rooms for any problem need to report by the hotel owners or hotel manager. The team was supposed to handle all the hotel side escalation via call and to spread the importance of tab compliance efficiency.

• Operator data management, analyzing information and evaluating solution
• Responsible for Operator performance, Cab activation, Retention of driver and Operator.
• Analyzing business processes on supply side to improve service booking.

* Work with the engineering and product teams to improve internal tools and user
experience.
* Point out the bugs related to product and tech and suggest improvement for the same.
* Suggest new feature requirement related to Driver app, Consumer app and RTFS on the basis user analysis.
* Figure out the drivers demotivation point by interacting with the drivers and highlight the problems in corporate.
* Working closely with the drivers and operations team to streamline process.
> Analytics:
* SQL experience.
* Analyze the potential fraud booking by drivers and consumers.
* Analyze the performance of driver app and consumer app to check if there is any technical glitch.
