1. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day Business Operations.
2. To organize and evaluate operations of the production department implementing procedures to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets.
3. Develop systems and processes that optimize productivity standards to ensure effective return on assets.
4. Supply enough finished goods to fulfil sales at all distribution centres with optimized transportation.
5. Reduce days of Inventory, Demand Planning, establish safety stock and monthly forecasts to eliminate stockout.
6. Source Purchase requirements with qualified vendors.
7. Planning, execution, control, and supervision of all Supply Chain activities.
1. Operations management of Import and Export Trade transactions. 2. Deal with client bank on routing and operational issues for advising Import and Export Letters of Credit. 3. Handle operations of SWIFT transactions relating to bank’s Letter of Credit and Collections. 4. Prepare and submit reports to the Trade Finance Manager, regular monitoring of work-flow and income in addition to the monthly and quarterly reports. 5. Facilitated proper succession plan for Critical Resources and maintained Compliance with Company policies. 6. Attained CDCS certification to effectively handle Trade Finance Operations with full technical knowledge.
