Currently handling procurement cycle for Food Beverage stores like Costa Coffee & Wendy’s
and Retail showrooms like X-cite & Automotive all over Saudi Arabia & Qatar including fit-out
tenders & projects.
 Responsible to review/assess technical specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and drawings to
determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
 Tender projects in SAP Ariba for Costa and do the price comparison and deep analysis in
links with the existing price database.
 Responsible for obtaining quotations through conventional practices (emails) and EProcurement
portal line SAP Aribia for online bidding.
 Responsible for improving customer / end user satisfaction by ensuring the purchase cycle
processing time achieved 1- 80% of order should be executed within 3 days and ensuring
10% cost saving of overall POs Value.
 Create CAPEX for Costa new stores by adding fit out prices from the databases and
indicate all the prices for necessary equipment.
 Prepare documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, BOQ’s and
drawings, as per business requirements.
 To review vendors' and suppliers' quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
 To review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the
vendors and suppliers.
 To prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price, technical
specifications, and end-user approval
 Responsible for investigating qualitative and quantitative discrepancies between goods
ordered and goods received.
 Assess, analyze, and compare bids, & quotations.
 Ensuring the key performance metrics and benchmarks decided by management.
 Following up Project procurement Plan to fulfill the project requirement and meet the project
delivery date.
