5. Dispatching Trouble Tickets via WFM (Work Force Management).
6. Coordinate with Field Engineers for handling the Work Orders and Service affecting alarms.
7. Updating Daily Network Outage and Performance Report to Customer.
8. Provide Technical Support to 2G/3G teams.
1. Collection from sites for initial Testing, Laboratory Management & Tests.
2. Complete batteries re-generation, restoration within time of completing tasks.
3. Inspection of new coming equipment to ensure accuracy
4. Time timely tracking, project management and billing system.
5. Final backup with load testing of restored batteries
