I am Welding/Piping Inspector and I am currently working in INTERTEK GLOBAL LTD and have worked on onshore & offshore Oil & Gas Petrochemical plant and construction project sites in QA/QC field, preferably as TPI or clients representative and have more than 16 years’ experience in welding, pipeline, structural, piping and NDT inspection including review of ITP/WPS/PQR/WPQ/MTR, witness and certification of welding procedures and welders qualification tests, Hydro /Pneumatic testing & pre-commissioning, witness of laboratory mechanical tests, inspection during pipeline & piping construction such as bevel preparation, fit up, welding parameters monitoring, usage of approved electrodes, WPS, welders etc., final weld inspection, review / interpretation of RT films and other NDT reports to code requirements, monitoring welders rejection rate, review of PWHT& HARDNESS reports and charts, . Conforming working knowledge of applicable industry Codes and Standards: (ASME, ANSI, API) for welding, piping, pipeline, structural and equipment's etc. ASME - II, V, VIII and IX, ASME / ANSI B31.1, 3, ASME B16, AWS D1.1, ASTM, API 1104, NACE, BS, etc
