 Cash Vaults security/strict control of cash in/out movement

 High end security control room management for cash center with future expansion for linking up different cash center with main security control room
 Training for guards & control room staff
 Preparation of cash center BCP/emergency plans and to keep them updated as per developing security situations

 Responsible for overall security system design planning / implementation in all Standard Chartered bank premises in UAE.
 Preparation of annual security management plan for SCB UAE.
 Dealing with different vendors and service provider for cost effective service.
 Help and guide project team on security matters during all new projects.
 Manage sate of the art technology security control room with BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm system and elevator controls etc.
 Security management of multi story building within DIFC with more than 1000 staff.
 Imparting Health & Safety / emergency procedures training for security and bank staff.
 Train bank staff / fire wardens in all the branches across UAE for emergency / evacuation procedures.
 Liaison with civil defense / police departments for support during time of crisis.
 Ensure Group Security reporting is effective and all relevant data relating to security risk is captured and communicated to senior management.
 Preparing business continuity / country level evacuation plan for SCB staff in UAE.
 Ensure that security risks are anticipated and put in place appropriate measures to mitigate these risks.

 Responsible to control day-to-day operation of more than 450 Branch employees’.
 Managed deployment changes for security force.
 Generating enquiries and preparation of quotations based on client requirements.
 To assist all our customers to concentrate on their core business activities by providing smooth daily operation related to security.
 Responsible to coordinate the accommodation, transportation and other administrative set up of company employee’s.
 Coordinate with accounts department for follow up / receipt of payment from client.
 Preparation of monthly guarding operations report.
 Site visit to ensure that guards are performing duties as per company and clients requirement.
 Adherence to Quality management system procedures and its performance.
