• Managed Electronics After-Sales supplier operations, including warranty partners, reverse logistics, and post-sales supplier
coordination, ensuring efficient order execution, issue resolution, and an enhanced customer experience.

• Delivered Procurement Transformation, Supply Chain Consulting, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) initiatives, enabling digital
procurement, spend analytics, and sourcing optimization for enterprise clients.
• Supported ERP & Digital Procurement implementations, including business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution design,
UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Contributed to Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting through client workshops, solution demonstrations, executive presentations,
