Managing project site electromechanical equipment installation and maintenace for clients in oil and gas
(ADNOC), construction(Darwish Engineering group) and energy across UAE.
* Leading the project team allocation, project tasks, providing performance feedback to the project manager
regarding daily project site work progress and allocated resources performance working on projects.
* Instructing the proper guidelines to the foreman/technicians about PPE safety, materials, equipments to be
used on project sites.
* Performing power system analytics (load flow, short circuit and protective coordination) according to the
electrical drawings for electrical equipment installation on the project sites.
* Preparing protective relay settings and calculations, control system layouts, AC/DC schematics, panel
layouts, connection diagrams, Dc power distribution design, cables schedules and grounding analysis and
design.
* Planning and scheduling: jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including
scope and financial plans, scheduling and risk management plans.
* Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
* Monitoring and control project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
* Identifying, qualify, quantify and manage project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and
pursued.
* Capturing, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project.
* Ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
* Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
Contract, claims and procurement management.

* Public Address Installation:
* PA amplifier installation and termination, UTP cable pulling, testing, labeling and termination etc.
* MDF to IDF connectivity:
* Installation, termination, testing, optical fibre pulling, splicing per core/labeling/cable dressing.
