• My primary focus is on developing HSSE Management systems and HSSE Operations plans for this prestigious global event. This involves creating and implementing HSSE Manuals and procedures that align with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 International Management System Standards for the depots and the bus operations during the World Cup Qatar 2022.

• I am also responsible for the development and delivery of HSSE training programs to all key stakeholders operating within the depots. These training sessions cover essential topics such as generic HSSE awareness, risk assessment, and environmental aspect and impact assessment.

• A critical aspect of my role is ensuring that the Tournament Bus Services comply with the HSSE laws and regulations set by the State of Qatar, as well as meeting the HSE requirements specified by the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SCDL).
