• Monitoring the progress, quality of the project and make earliest schedule to complete the project.
• Capable in ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time with effective resource utilization to maximize the output
• Skilled in reviewing project schedule, planning cash flow requirements and coordinating structural & MEP works including liaison with sub-contractors for executing the projects
• Proven abilities in creating working environment, updating regular progress & sortingout the complications in the site levels.
• Excellent team player with strong analytical and organisational skills; abilities in learning new concepts quickly, managing work pressure & communicating ideas clearly
• Experience in design & development in line with the global quality standards; conversant with engineering drawings, schematic diagrams and engineering standards specifications
Quantity Surveying- Complete take-off including preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, Bill of Quantities and Rate Analysis for Residential Building, Institutional building, in Chennai.
•Work Responsibilities
•Inspection of all on-going Projects and fulfill the QC, consultant, client requirements and clarification and submit the report to consultant and client.
•Make detailed specification, draught with CADD and get the approval from client.
•Monitoring the progress, quality of the project and make earliest schedule to complete the project.
•Sorting out the complications in the site levels.

•Quantity Estimation- Complete take-off of all types of structure.
•Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule
•Preparation of BOQ (Civil, Electrical & Plumbing)
•Preparation of Rate Analysis
•Quality Control and Construction Safety
