Coordinating with all consultants to review and approve the design in above mentioned areas.
Reviewing the scheduled vs actual work progress and initiate for progress payments to suppliers
Leading and monitoring the team of site supervisors and in-house contractors.
Meeting Up Mai Dubai Sustainability agenda targets by implementing latest technologies to save Energy, Water and Emissions
Preparation of Capex Investment proposal with Project estimates, economics and justification.
Designing & Drafting layouts for the building, pipeline layout, process equipment, Machinery & utility equipment location layout, etc by using latest AutoCAD version.
Evaluating and selecting the Correct Scheme and opting for the suitable option to deliver various types of projects viz. Green Field / Brown field projects.
Co-ordinate with consultants to finalize layouts and statutory drawings.
Submit schedule of domain engineering work packages (mechanical/ civil / electrical domain).
Evaluate BOQ / tender drawings submitted by consultants.
Review and ensure availability of correct and comprehensive drawings and specification with the contractor.
Monitor the delivery and work quality of consultants. Drive efficiency, review periodically, escalate issues and ensure corrective.
Responsible for day to day site work of domain engineering as per plan.
Review weekly & monthly reports of package assigned, escalate issues and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with Contracts & Purchase Team for BOQs, tenders and contracts related issue.
Tracking of project budget and costing during execution stage.
Preparing cost to control sheets for different projects showing the actual approved budget / amount spent / over spent - Value Engineering (savings).
Monitor milestones against project plan.
Coordinating with the vendors, Suppliers & Sub contractors for on time delivery/completion.
Negotiates project variations with contractors and prepares the relevant documents for management approvals
Creation of purchase orders through SAP system. Follow up with vendors and will ensure that payment happened on time.
Support handover of project activities in closing snag list, and resolve any issues that may arise during the commissioning phases.
Overall in-charge of in-house machines and Equipment’s such as Reactors, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pumps and Compactors etc., on-time maintenance.
Supervise maintenance technicians on day-to-day machinery maintenance to ensure prompt support to Production and minimize machinery downtime.
Responsible for manpower planning and duty scheduling for Maintenance team for daily activities and preventive maintenance activities
Inspections of the engineering materials after receiving in the stores.
Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance program on monthly basis.
Maintaining documentation & records as per cGMP norms having full knowledge procedures.
Working together with a team to expedite the targeted work to meet the stipulated completion time.
Co-ordinating with Quality Assurance for giving training to the technicians, mechanics, helpers on general safety, SOPs for the implementation of Quality system in the factory In charge for complete installation of Air conditioning system including Chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps & Chilled water piping.
Involved in total Erection and commissioning of once through Clean Room Air-Conditioning AHU systems
Responsible for coordination of all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage.) with their program schedule for proper flow of work on site.
Supervision of Installation and Commissioning of Utility equipment’s including Steam Boiler(4Ton), D.M.Water plant (2m3//hr), Air Compressor’s, Vacuum pump’s in the plant.
Preparing 2D layouts for the Pipeline layout, Process equipment & Utility equipment location layout, etc. by using AutoCAD.
Procurement of all engineering related materials like pipes, fittings, valves, sight glass, MS-PTFE Lined items, etc.
Attended various Internal & External audits such as USFDA, European countries plant
Monitoring of civil works inside the plant (modifications/repairs/new works).
