- Support the Corporate Solutions in rolling out new applications and systems by facilitating and solving end users' queries and requirements with internal IT teams and vendors.
- Managing the BPM (Bizflow) system for Corporate Solutions department by handling users queries, communicating with system support team and IT, adding new groups and users, Preparing different views and creating reports, Dashboards and Matrix using Jasper I-report tool.
- Designing all MI reports for Management for both Service and Utilization of the workflow and admin systems
Primary responsibility is to ensure that all new applications follow the Credit Life underwriting guidelines and tracking the progress of all applications through service desk.
• Overseeing the operations of the School Domain controller server Active Directory and the DHCP Server.
• Ensuring that the school network consisting of 260 computers are staying connected in five networks.
• Developing and maintaining the school online grading system including registration, accounting, grading and all issues related to students and staff information.
• Directing the development of the school website and ensuring daily updates by modifying some design features.
• Liaising with large IT companies for all IT transactions related to the school.
• Creating a database for all Training and Academic courses.
