Working with LPTIC Holding (Libyan Post-Telecom and Information Technology Company). My main responsibilities are:
• Project & Program Leader at the Project Management Office of the LPTIC. I have the responsibilities of providing the support and follow up the LPTIC’s subsidiaries PMOs, and follow the situation of sector's projects.
• Assigned to manage some short to medium scale projects across the Libyan Telecom sector.
• Managing some Joint teams between the Telecom sector companies to solve some shared problems.
• Summarize the situation of the sector projects periodically in order to forward it to the top management.
• LPTIC group Restructuring Deputy Project Manager.
• Member of a number of committees which responsible of following up some issues related to LPTIC business. For example:
1. Member of committees to issue RFP's
2. Member of committee for Cost Model of some LPTIC subsidiaries services.
3. These assignments gave me the chance to get un experience with Procurement procedures, Local laws, Sales, and Negotiating skills.
• Manage the needs of LPTIC subsidiaries like customers, and provide the support needed for success.
• Work on develop and support the business of the LPTIC.
Worked with ZTE Corporation (Chinese Telecommunication Vendor) for launch and the expansion of Libyana Mobile Operator network.
My main positions was:
• Libyana 3G Network Project Manager.
• Libyana GSM Network Phase 3 & 4 Deputy Project Manager.
• Libyana GSM Network Phase1 & 2 Site Engineering Supervisor.
During my working with ZTE, I performed the following roles:
• Understanding the customer's needs and demands.
• Manage the relation with the customer.
• Resolve conflicts with the customer during the project.
• Study the opportunities to provide new technologies to the customer, and build the business case.
