I was responsible for internship at the Kingdom University- Manama - Bahrain (2007-2010), and I was the head of training and internship unit at ASU University in - alekr - Bahrain (2012-2023). Here my responsibilities included: student internship enrolment, induction, retention, pastoral care, assessment, and programme evaluation. In this role I further developed strategic external links with a lot of internship places include governmental sites, privet sector. My role as a leader is highlighted clearly in leading the internship programme .
