Sending Enquiries for MEP, Obtaining Quotations and Finalizing the Subcontractors within the Budget.
Preparing Contract Agreement for the MEP Subcontractors.
Site Investigation and Work Progress Report Preparation.
Review the Quality/Quantity of work of Subcontractors based on the Consultant approved Drawings and Specifications.
Attending Weekly Meeting with Client and Consultant.
Organizing Weekly Meeting with MEP Subcontractors to discuss various issues and make sure that all the issues sorted out within the Time Schedule.
Prepare Weekly MEP Progress Report for the Site Meeting.
Review of subcontractor Invoice in line with progress of site works and approve payment.
Preparing own MEP programme for the timely execution of the Project.
Preparing MEP invoice for the current month and Budgeting for the next month.
Reviewing the MEP Drawings in the Starting Stage itself and solving the Technical and coordination Issues.
Executing the Works for the entire satisfaction of Management, Consultant and Client within the time scale.
Responsibilities for the site Inspection.
Responsible for coordinating with RTA, Etisalat, DU, DEWA, DM and Empower for MEP issues.
Responsibilities for the site Inspection.
Responsible for Testing and Commissioning of Substation and LV room.
Responsible for Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Works.
Responsible for Safety of Workers at the Site.
Preparation of Electrical design ( Lighting Layout & Power Layout )
Preparation of Single Line Diagram ( As per DEWA standard )
Preparation of Plumbing design ( Cold water & Hot water system)
Preparation of Fire alarm & Firefighting design ( As per DCD regulation )
Preliminary MEP design for Estimating the turnkey projects as per the requirement
Preparation of scope of work with proper exclusion.
Review of tender documents including scope of works, drawings and specification
Guiding the junior staff to develop the department at strong level.
Planned and distributed project tasks to junior staffs by identifying their strengths and weaknesses
Preparation of work program schedule for client meeting
Quality checks of design documents
Quantity surveying for procuring the MEP material required for the project
Executing the project as per Shop drawing & Load schedule.
Weekly program planning for the site work
Leading the engineers and foreman for the work
To control the materials and man hours with quality and profitable output
