Responsibilities/Key Contributions:
Monitoring ICT operations management of Sindh and Punjab province at Fatima Fertilizer Plant site, including ICT data centre and DCS (24x7 operations), budgeting, resource management of ICT and IT operations including support, data & voice
Acting as IT procurement key contact person for Fatima Fertilizer Company ICT products
Implemented group wide security surveillance system, IP based camera solution catering 11 geographic locations across Pakistan for video surveillance and ERP advance modules like advance procurement

Developing detailed implementation test plans and quality metrics focusing on high availability, performance resiliency, scalability and supportability.
