Key Responsibilities :
• Provide clients with the requested support using phone, e-mails, or VPN connection.
• provide a regular follow up.
• To be responsible for organizing customers’ visits for providing version control, training, and any required support by contacting the related resource.
• Providing MenaITech management with periodic reports simplifying the status of MenaITech client’s status and objective progress.
• Utilizing all available resources to stay updated and on the edge of technology maintaining a solid business relationship and communication with the customers and MenaITech business partners.
• Consulting with clients to analyze and understand functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
• Reporting to sales and operation team leader
• Selling the removal services to companies, offering domestic and international services.
• Attain business growth as set in the targets
• Visit and communicate with customers to build and develop customer relationship to ensure serving their needs.
• Build and maintain a regular flow of business opportunities and leads
• Support customers with their business needs and communicate with operational teams to ensure satisfactory service
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customers are satisfied.
• Maintain proper customer information
• Maintain and update customers information.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop sales strategy for Business Solutions customers and work closely with team members to achieve strategy objectives.
• Translate segment strategies into team specific goals.
• Assist Sales Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
• To implement marketing & sales plans in order to achieve a growth in returns through a sales process.
• To develop a different marketing & sales methods this helps to achieve the required targets.
• Making a periodically survey to measure customer satisfaction and Company market share.
• Set and monitor targets for team members for both sales and service.
• Ensure that CMT members carry out their set responsibilities effectively.
• Monitor workload among team members, identify / remove in-efficiencies and Identify needed resources.
Participate in customer visits.
• Handle and resolve complex customers.
• Handle V.I.P Customers.
Key Responsibilities :
• Responsible for attending and resolving customer inquiries.
• Providing rates and additional information to the customer.
• To handle booking and claims.
• Handling operation in the domestics department.
• Providing support to sales team.
• Following up on shipments deliveries and pickup.
• Assisting in the training of new customer service representative and associates
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales ticketing by using Galileo, Amadeus and Saber reservations system.
