Responsible for Office Maintenance and Managing
Overall maintenance of the office identifying the daily needs of the office, staff etc. and fulfilling them to
their satisfaction.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
Preparing supplier set up form for fresh suppliers for various client service personnel for their clients.
Set up weekly meetings with the managers and update on the managerial duties.
Preparing, inviting, negotiating deal with service companies such as logistics,
Designed proposal and contracts for new Entrepreneurs

Online uploading of Local Chapter events on EO website, Events posting, Budgets etc.

Discussing with clients on their yearly advertising budgets.
Direct interaction with all clients daily basis on project basis.
Co-ordination with the client account managers about the project updates
Getting job briefs, preparing creative briefs, debriefing to the studio (Creative Director, Copy Writer & Art Directors)
Getting the artwork option done and presenting them to the client
Preparation of invoices and timely follow ups on payments etc.

Follow up with customers and providing them with full product info and other assistance
Campaign & Promotions; Co-ordination of after-sale activities & installment at sites
Liaison between salesmen and warehouse about requirement of products, stock; ongoing deliveries, installation etc.
Daily supplier contacts, Brochure/Catalogue stock, Credit control and local purchases
Follow up of due payments and cheque collection and bank deposits.
Teaching English language to 10th Std and Pre-Degree Students
Teaching English Grammar and Language usages to the needy students
Conducting Spoken English classes to all category
