Activities Performed
• After Discussion with Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) and Transport Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, I prepared the Detailed Project Report (DPR) and RFP for Safety Enablers in public transport (in line with the components mentioned above)
• Advised the Department to explore synergies of the envisaged project with other projects such as ITMS, AFCS, KFW, etc. (Chennai ITMS Project is JICA Funded Project. I had helped MTC to give input to Nippon Koei and IBI (Consultant from JICA) for the Chennai ITMS Project)

• Had discussions with OEMs, ISPs & SIs to revise the estimate as per the solution determined by the client.

1. TN - RAPDRP Project: Project involves Survey for Asset Mapping and Consumer Indexing for Chennai under RAPDRP for Asset Management, consumer indexing and GIS map creation. The work involved is door to door consumer survey of electrical consumers, pole identification in physical maps, GIS Mapping, data entry of consumer indexing forms, transformers and DP boxes identification. Project Value is around INR 10 Crores (2 Million USD)
Roles Handled:
