Preparation of Quotation. Coordinating the Retail outlet sales. In charge of HR Dept and Employee Welfare Dept. Make every effort to maximize the retail sales. Manage the web portal by updating new products and promotions.
I have to attend both inbound, outbound calls and e-mail enquiries from customers, collected customer surveys and helped to create customers’ loyalty to the media (newspaper).
In charge of record keeping of items sold and purchased in the company; also increased the customer base by making new contacts and helped them to make purchasing decisions to source our products in a highly competitive market on a monthly basis.
