1. To ensure that all rooms, are properly cleaned and the layout of cupboards and other accessories in the rooms are arranged in safe manner.
2. To ensure that the ablution area is cleaned, curtains are clean and not damaged, and notify the Camp Supervisor for any/all camp rectifications actions that are major. In the capacity of this role, some actions can be coordinated directly with the Maintenance team on repairs.
3. To ensure that all stocks are replenished through coordination with the main store.
4. Supervise and ensure that the highest level of cleaning standards is maintained in and around the external surroundings of the Camp.
5. Conduct briefing with the Technical, Cleaning and Security team when required to ensure the safety, maintenance and protection of company assets.
6. To maintain an incident log book for all camp related issues.
7. Daily/Weekly inspection of all rooms.
8. Monthly reporting and generation of reports on - staff headcount, sickness, unpaid leave, notification of absconding employees, employee movement, inventories of uniforms, shoes, cupboards, bunk beds, soft packs, curtains, shoe racks, and violations.
9. On-boarding of newly hired residents and to escort all newly arrived residents to their designated blocks and room assigned after induction and ensure that all formalities for the resident - dispatching of uniforms, soft packs, work schedule roster, and the assets assigned to them are acknowledged and the Move in forms are signed.
10. To conduct inspection of residents at the time of checkout and to ensure that all assets and missing items are notified to the HR department.
11. To conduct inspection/audits in resident rooms along with a security officer to ensure that all employees comply with the camp rules and regulations. And to notify the HR department of all/any violation found therein, a report
12. Responsible for the preparation of weekly and daily report pertaining to the condition and cleanliness of the facility. In case of any defects found therein, to immediately notify Maintenance supervisor for rectification.
13. Responsible for the monitoring of smooth and orderly pick-up and delivery of all laundry cloths of residents. In case of any delay and non-delivery of laundered clothing, to submit report to his superior for proper disposition.
14. During the time of delivery of laundered cloths, to personally supervise in the distribution of each bag to prevent swapping and misplace of laundered bags.
15. To personally act any complaints pertaining to housekeeping problems for immediate resolution of the complaint.
16. Responsible for attending the needs of the residents placed on isolation quarters and ensure that all personal clothing shall be washed separately by the laundry service personnel. See to it that there are served on time and remind them not to receive visitors and not go out the said block.
17. To conduct daily briefing with the cleaning and laundry boys and discuss issues raised by the residents and close all escalations.
18. To supervise pest control activities and to notify all residents prior the date of the pest treatment
19. To ensure all camp related documents/agreement to include lease agreement, utilities, pest control, sewage, sweet water, gas, laundry, transport to name a few are maintained and notice of renewals/changes in agreements are monitored, and any other agreement with the Authorities and tracked.
20. To arrange forthwith transportation of sick resident once reported at accommodation.
21. Ensure that the Camp related activities are operated on a cost effective platform.
22. Transportation of staff for grievance and disciplinary is supported and coordinated.
23. To perform any other duties that the Supervisor/Manager may direct.
