• Oversee the National Grid project as a ServiceNow Administrator within the Operations team, ensuring optimal platform performance and availability.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow Modules (Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog) to align with business requirements, resulting in maximum increase in eficiency.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and modules using CAD in ServiceNow, addressing specific business needs and extending system functionality
