Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
•Sales Order Processing.
•Execute Sales strategies under the guidance of sales manager to ensure sales target is achieved.
•Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process
•Generate reports related to product and vehicle order planning as required and proactively assist in effective product planning and inventory management.
•MIS to dealership top management like monthly, quarterly, and annual sales report, competition sales report, markets trend.
•Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales.
•Carrying out customer satisfaction survey and reviews.
•Resolve complaints and handle sales escalations
•Execute high level administrative support involving efficient handling of top & confidential correspondence and management of document flow / filing related to sales planning.
•Assist in determining the price positioning for current product range and decide on product positioning strategy.
•To conduct meetings as required with sales staff, managers, technical personnel, and others to discuss on product information, sales goals and inter- departmental co-ordination efforts.
•Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business

•Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same.
•Developing relevant business proposals
•Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
•Handling meeting with key clients.
•Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction
