Worked as Senior operator in Ma’aden Phosphate Company, Saudi Arabia
1. Commissioning Experience of the 3x1460TPD of 40% P2O5 production (Phosphoric) Acid plant (Rock phosphate conveying system, Reaction section, Filtration and Acid transfer).
2. Commissioning Experience of the 4x1460TPD of 48% P2O5 Concentrators through Flash Cooling system.
3. Operating experience of the 40 and 48% P2O5 production through DCS.
4. Tank farm operation, Acid supply to DAP and maintaining the ring pressure through DCS.
5. Experience in Permit to work system for a job during shutdown and operation.
6. Experience in 5S. Following and maintaining in the work areas.
Worked as an Officer in Acid production (Phosphoric Acid) department, Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd., Tuticorin.
1. Unloading of Rock phosphate through conveyors from DCS.
2. Experience in conveyor system, immediate identification of the problems and rectification.
3. Reaction system (treatment of rock phosphate with sulphuric acid).
4. Vacuum system for maintaining the temperature of the acid in the reactors to maintain/to achieve the required strength.
5. Filtration of the reactor slurry in a cloth conveyor filtration system and treating the cake again to recover the P2O5 and to obtain good quality gypsum.

1. Unloading of Copper concentrates from truck tippler station to the Warehouse.

3. Raw material handling and management of the stock.

10. Identification of the furnace problems with the help of process parameters.
11. Communication with other departments (sulphuric acid plant, oxygen plant and secondary smelters) during shut down and startup and on emergency.
12. Involved in TQM activities for reduction of LPG consumed per ton of copper anode production.

14. Training for the new comers about safety, 5S and plant operation for their safe work and to enjoy the work place in the company.
