Tracking the administration of multiple disjoint Active Directory Forests, Domains, DHCP, DNS and various other infrastructure services
• Telephony system migration from Samsung to Cisco IP Phones
• Guiding the Helpdesk & Desktop Support Team which support Windows 2012, XP and Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 along with the MS-Office including mail services
• Managing and updating third party vendor contracts and AMC maintenance contracts in SA manage

Role:
• Overseeing the overall gamut of tasks related to network architecture and ensuring the availability of IT services, Active Directory user account & high quantity of data server connection
• Addressing the troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues for a Mac & Windows 7 professional and mainframe environment
• Supervising Wide Area Network (WAN) / Local Area Network (LAN) connectivity and delivering WAN / LAN engineering support
• Monitoring the configuration of Cisco Routers (Platform: 2800, 2911 & 2921), Cisco Switches (Platform: Cat 2960, Cat 3560 & Cat 3750), VOIP Protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Phone Button / Soft Key / Phone Button Template
• Evaluating the service options, infrastructure configurations and ongoing support requirements to improve system reliability and maintain operations metrics
• Coordinating with ISPs for any network related issues, requests or cancellation
• Handling the configuration and troubleshooting of IPSEC VPN and VLANs
• Facilitating the deployment of Cisco IP Phones - Series: 7940, 7942, 7960, 7961, 7912, 7821, 6921, etc
• Managing the complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, code deployments and patch management
• Delivering design, implementation, administration and support of Windows 2012 Active Directory and Windows NT Legacy Domain
