• Develop Planning Packages Including Project Plan and control includes Schedule Management and Cost Management

Responsibilities includes
Prepared contract baseline schedule in co-ordination with the Project Manager, Planning manager and the project core team
Maintain and Monitoring progress periodically and reporting to support construction Management line with the project schedule.
Preparing weekly & monthly targets and look-ahead schedule to the project team and monitors the accomplishment
Supervise project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting and to ensure the preparation and presentation of the critical items action report.
Coordinate, liaise with subcontractor and monitor subcontractor activities and work Schedule.
Recommend corrective action in order to avoid any slippage in schedule.
Preparing weekly and monthly and progress reports in an approved format for submission to the clients.
Preparation of executive Dashboard reports to management for overview of portfolios.
Involvement in processing of EOT claims, evaluating entitlement, preparing response and delay claims if applicable.
Participates in coordination with the Regional Planning Manager & the project controls manager in the preparation of claims & extension of time.
Participates in periodic site meetings to elaborate the project’s schedule and the progress status
Coordinating with logistics and Procurement departments to ensure timely delivery of material delivery
Have skills at Primavera Project Planner and well understanding its work with Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, contracts and construction management

•Updating Primavera schedule in periodical basis and revising the schedule based on the actual condition of the site including client impacted changes.
•Preparation of claim for Extension of Time (EOT) due to changes happening in the project by making proper records and substantiation.
•Preparation of look-ahead schedule with detail activities for construction team.
•Attending Interface coordination meeting with clients for reviewing site progress and presenting the project status report to client representatives.
