Managerial
• Managed the site with total facilities management as part of Hard services HVAC, MEP, FA,
FF, BMS, Access control, PLC for various systems, Waste Management & Soft Services as
Cleaning & Landscaping services includes Infrastructure maintenance through CAFM
(MAXIMO & ORACLE) & subcontractors management.
• Achieving desired level of KPI compliance in accordance with client’s SLA, to render the Self

Technical
• Used IBM Maximo Version 7.5 and its mobility solution as a CAFM System for accuracy of
report and paperless works.
• Preparation of total annual PPM schedules for all HVAC, MEP systems including specialized
systems of Substations, Power Generators, UPS systems, Hydrocarbon sensors, CO & CO2
detection systems for client approvals ( RTA). Using the PDA system by the technical team to
ensure & enhance the PPM & work reports effectively & accurately where saves the time,
practice of the team & accuracy in records.
• Managing the resources & sub-contractors for specialized systems as Generators, UPS
systems & Hydrocarbon detection systems & Tunnel lighting systems efficiently in order to
achieve optimum productivity & uninterrupted operations.
• Follow, prepare & maintain ISO & QHSE policies in deriving Company’s Goals
• Conduct training programs to the field staff to introduce & develop new working
techniques, procedures to enhance the quality of work.
Financial
• Manages the budget & cost control of the project by adapting & enhancing the preventive
methods to reduce the cost of repairs & spares as part of P & L policy.

ADNOC New HQ Tower’s Hard FM Services Project - worked as
Key Result Areas at Abu Dhabi University Admin & Facility Management:
• Managing all the university’s facilities (Hard, Soft & Admin Services) with several
contractors for the maintenance of all HVAC, MEP ( Power Generators & UPS system, Access
control, CCTV FA & FF systems) & Civil installations including the new construction facilities
& sports fields & Gymnasiums.
• Support the University’s events programs and coordinating with all the administrative &
Business development programs.
• Coordinating with the sub-contractors on day to day basis on the allocated jibs &
responsibilities & performances.
• Preparation of PPM schedules for all the MEP equipment for whole year and strictly looks
in to the implementation.
• Preparation of the all the related PMIs for the PPM for all the assets through CAFM system
MAXIMO as required and train the personnel for implementation.
• Carrying out a periodic Building inspection & maintenance of Building Management System
(BMS), HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & CCTV systems, UPS & Emergency Power
Generators systems, Soft services as cleaning & Landscaping which are outsourced and

• Conducting a detailed review of the key FM projects, forecasting the budgets and spending,
existing outsourced maintenance and other FM contracts and renegotiate and renew.

for Facility Maintenance project of
PETROKEMYA (Oil & Gas Refinery). Specially trained & performed the maintenance
activities of Electro-mechanical equipment of Refinery as per the Refinery’s
regulations of safety & Quality (ISO & OHSAS) procedures. Followed and
implemented the agreed SLA & KPIs of the contract and prepares all the required
technical reports of weekly, Monthly reports and prepares the PPM Schedules and
execute the PM jobs accordingly with the approvals of the Utilities Department and
attends the weekly & daily meeting to discuss the job schedules & progress.
