The total number of estimated blocks in this project is 3. Each block includes nine
floors with 4 apartments each. Total area required to build all the above will be 29016.805 Sq.ft which
includes Landscape, Swimming pool, Club house, External car parking. While designing a lighting
layout for club house we have considered all the design factors in order to provide better illumination.

Roles and Responsibilities:
My responsibilities included preparing Electrical layouts such as lighting, power,
Earthig, Cable tray, Hume pipe entry; Schematic sketch and raising the Purchase request through
Quadra. I was responsible to solve the practical issues by attending the meeting as a site co-ordinator.
Selection of Distribution board, Transformer and Diesel Generator was part of my role
I was part of design team to prepare the Electrical Layouts. I had done Load calculation
along with proposed Electrical layouts. My role also included in external works such as co-ordinating
between electrical division and AC consultants, Preparing the operation and Maintenance Manual. I was
involved in the estimation team. I had maintained a separate distribution board chart to assure safety for
all the medical equipments.

Description:
The total number of blocks in this project is two. Each block includes ten floors
with Seven apartments each. I gained lot of experience while designing the Electrical layouts for this
project. In addition to that I learned in all the ways while preparing the electrical layouts for Club house,
External car parking, Landscape, Swimming pool.
Roles and Responsibilities:
I am designing all the Electrical layouts such as Lighting, Power,
Earthing, Lighting arrester, Main Schematic diagram, Cable routing, and Cable tray required to make the
power supply for all the blocks. My responsibility includes raising the Purchase request through Quadra.
I am the co-ordinator between design department and Project Site.
Responsible for Manufacturing Instructions(Design sheets); Customer enquiries; drawing using
AutoCAD soft ware;update and maintain all Bill Of Materials with the data base; creating the item
codes using BaaN ERP system and proper all filing structures.
Routine activities:
• Study customer enquiries and design it’s cables (including Medium Voltage, Low Voltage,
Wires and control conductors) based on National/ International standard such as IEC, BS,
ASTM and Australian standards
• Prepare technical offer consisting of weight analysis of cable for sales department to proceed for
costing technical data, deviation(if any) and cross-sectional auto cad drawing with Electrical cad
-2005
• Preparation of Manufacturing Instructions (Design sheets) for production Department to proceed
for manufacturing process after getting order.
• Suggesting the equivalent or alternative designs to the customer as per present company
(NCI)production capacity
• Makin and creation of item codes for new or modifying items and changing levels as per as per
required BaaN system.
• Updating Specification Default Set in Baan system after Work order has been verified and
updated in Multi level form.
