Work Responsiblities include:
Delivery of all work from the department - i am no. 2 in the department reporting to the Head and the entire team of 6 people report to me.

Responsibilities included establishing the joint venture companies
Work with Company Secretary - establishment of company, board meeting and their agenda involving basic requirements from a company. understand the license and shareholder agreements and implement all agreed covenants
work with CFO - develop business plan for 10/25 years basis the contract, develop business model for generating value to shareholders and possible steps to harvest the value, getting debt from banks and setting up the finance function in the JV
working with Board - getting sanctions and approvals for capital projects and reviewing whether the project is on track or not, establishing and supporting the board with new ideas to grow the business.
Planning manager, part of corporate strategy group - define current position of group and how various group companies are performing and where are they in terms of delivering value to shareholders - help define the corporate vision in terms of their future position and hence suggest new sectors for investments.
Manage strategic planning and reporting to Chairman on its implementation. work with local team to understand delivery of project and its status, update business model basis continuous inputs from the implementation team and apprise the top management of GMR group on its status, suggest ways of improvements on the business model.
