Network Infrastructure Project:
Successfully managed and completed Network Infrastructure Revamp Project worth more than ‘PKR. One Billion’ including budgeting,
planning, designing, installation, configurations of HO/Sites’ Network equipment (Cisco 3700, 3500 L3 Switches, ASA 5500, 2800 &
1800 Routers, 2900 switches), LAN Re-structuring etc.
Worked as a Project Manager to bring OF/RF Data Services as well as tested P2P WAN Connectivity at all sites.
Data Center Project:
Managed the establishment of tier 2/3 Data Center (10 Racks) from scratch till fully (24x7) operational mode (Racks, Servers and Storage),
project further included PMO activities for Civil, Electrical works i.e. physical design & planning, electrical power specification,
grounding etc.
Network Infrastructure Setup of BANGLADESH Office:
Aligned with Qualitex (Bangladesh) team to plan, setup and built a standard Network Infrastructure of the site and trained the staff.

Consultancy Services for implementation of IT Infrastructure & Managed IT Support Services at CIMA Asia Pacific:
Proposed Network architecture & design solution and worked with vendor for the management and establishment of LAN/WAN connectivity and designed SLA for Managed IT Support Services.
VoIP PABX System (Asterisk) for BearingPoint Pakistan:
Played a key role in the implementation of IP-PABX system (Asterisk) within BearingPoint/Mazars consulting including installation, configuration, FXO card installation, Extensions creation, FXO, PRI Cards and the line terminations and prepared the VoIP Phone Operations Guide for end-users and trained them on the system.
Technical Lead: Ministry of Law Project (funded by Asian Development Bank):
Prepared Network Infrastructure Plan for Ministry of Law, which involved Current State, Future State Analysis and the proposed solution including Core Network Architecture design, internal network designs, DR Site, GAP Analysis and Bill of Quantity of the equipment, accessories etc. of more than 80 locations of entire Ministry.
Network Infrastructure Analysis of BearingPoint, Pakistan:
Performed Network Analysis of BearingPoint, Pakistan (Karachi and Islamabad offices) and prepared a document report which covered the current state Network Architecture design, IP Scheming, Inventory details, Systems, Server’s roles, ownerships and running applications, identified areas where improvements can be made and recommended technical solutions for them.
Technology Lead - PTCL’s IPMPLS Deployment & Link Commissioning:
Developed detailed Project Plan, Technology Design Document and Network Architecture for implementation of IP MPLS connectivity.
Established PTCL’s IP MPLS L3 connectivity between BearingPoint offices and commissioned VoIP PBX, Video Conferencing, Time Management & Attendance system CCTV surveillance b/w Karachi and Islamabad offices.
