• Joined as Sr. CSE for a UK based telecommunication company, been a core part of the repairs of the BT products of the company. Products are PSTN and Broadband (ADSL and Infinity).
• Now working as Project Coordinator for BT WIFI for the BT Business Customers. We deal with the Project Managers in UK for their PSTN/Broadband and Etherflows. We help in issuing orders and then order closures so that the customer can have BT PSTN lines and Broadbands (ADSL/Infinity) and also etherflow circuits.
Received an award for the excellent performance for thrice.
• Joined as Sr. CSE for a UK based telecommunication company, been a core part in the Order Management section of the company.(Inbound Customer Service)
• Then was moved to Complaints section, dealing with the complaints of the customers regarding the orders. (Case Management)
• Also, been a part of the team, which arranges for an earlier appointment for delayed orders (Expedites & Escalations Team).
I was looking after all the admin work, filling of ITR's, Finalisation of Balance Sheets, maintaining files, attending calls, E-mails, internet. Etc.
I'm a Commerce graduate (MDU, Rohtak) and have done MDBA (Fin) from distance learning.
