•Ensure work is in conformance to contract, approved plans and project specification.
•Responsible for efficient implementation of quality procedures / quality control and safety issues.
•Check and assure the quality of personnel assigned to perform specific duties to produce good quality.
•Review and approved documentation submitted by contractor i.e. materials submittals, method statements, ITP of project work items, check lists and QA/QC procedures.
•Inspect and approved request for inspection prior to concrete pouring of structural works, starts and post Architectural works.
•Coordinate with technical department to catch up programs and drawing discrepancy.
•Monitor on-going project accomplishment and report any defects thru NCR.
•Review contractor non conformance (NCR) and site observation notice (SON) to evaluate submitted recommended dispositions for approval and final closure.
•Established strong personality to stop work and reject materials which are not conforming to the project contract and specifications and suggest/recommend technical solutions.
•Provide snag list/punch list of work items during project commissioning.
•Provide the essence of coordination to build team work to hit the project schedule as per company standard and Clients desired quality.
• Involved in handling and making presentation in project department particularly on proposals, on estimating and drafting division.
• Preparing quotations, drawing plan in accordance with client requirements and specification.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to approved plans, project specifications and safety standards
