Working as a Tech Lead cum Team lead, to take care of all client needs and co-ordinate with team for the successful work around. Managing Cloud migration to Amazon for multiple clients. To deploy multiple Cloud services-ELB, EBS, S3, Autoscaling, VPC, Cloudfront, management tools & application services, configuration tools- Ansible & Chef Implementing Containerization Technologies using Dockers & Kubernetes Providing back to back 24*7 Infra support (Prod, Dev & Pre-prod) to 8 UK clients, including OS -Linux & Hardware support in L3/L4 level. Doing major client activities like DR Activities, Data Center Migrations, Major Project works etc. Working with security team to fix the vulnerabilities in time by patching the servers. Hardware upgrades, Firmware upgrades, storage migrations etc. Problem call analysis, RCA, SLA analysis for multiple clients
Working as a Team Lead to provide valid support to client. To build and provide support for LINUX servers -Physical & Virtual (VMware)as per the client requirement. Building the servers includes SAN Boot configuration, OS installation, Network Bonding, Multipathing, LVM Configuration, RHEL satellite registration, Package updation, Tools Installation, Backup Schedule and Finally QA before delivering the servers to client. Providing back to back 24*7 support to 700 more Linux servers which are in production. As a team Lead, motivate and support all team members to solve all the Tickets/Incident in time without missing SLAs.
Supporting US client for UNIX on call L2/L3-support and resolving all LINUX/Unix cases using ticketing tool.
Cases includes-system alerts, file system management, network management, user account management etc.
